I have carried a sales quota for as long as I can remember and have learned few things are more satisfying than accomplishment and reaching a goal. I am truly proud of all the good that was done through years of IT projects and helping business leaders achieve their personal and professional goals.
I've sold everything from magazine subscription renewals to life insurance and from t-shirts and pens to early cell phones. That said, my professional Technology Sales career began at Citrix (now Cloud Software Group) as a renewal sales representative focused on the Western region of the US. For the next 3 years I learned a ton about what all these big companies were buying, renewing, and why. The curiosity and learning led to a promotion to Inside Sales for the NorCal region, focused on Networking (NetScaler/ADC) sales and augmenting the efforts of my field sales team. Within a few short years, I was again promoted and asked to lead field efforts in the California Bay Area's Silicon Valley and the Peninsula. I packed up my family and moved 3000 miles away to work in the most competitive technology market in the world.
I thrived.
After my 1st year, we never missing an annual sales target. I was promoted in title and led my team in attainment while consistently carrying the largest quota every quarter for the next 6.5 years.
For the sake of family, I now reside in South Florida again where it has been a thrill to be reacquainted with the local technology market. My knowledge of other major tech stacks (AWS, GCP, MSFT Azure, Cisco, PAN, Etc.) has drastically improved and I have consulted with numerous small local business and MSP clients. As of late I am Head of Sales for Conversli AI, where in my spare time I am focused on building out the sales processes and product offerings we will take to market.
I look forward to partnering with any serious organization looking for my skills and vast experience to help them drive business or find solutions!
I use my curious nature to immerse myself in a client's business and remain relevant to all stakeholders by building connections. These connections allow me to swiftly arrive at what is most important and will "move the needle" and spur action. I am comfortable speaking in public.
Up-sell/cross-sell specialist. I have single-handedly negotiated several 6 and 7 figure deals alone, sitting across the long table from decision makers short on time.
